Delete Your Account

If you can sign in, you can permanently delete your InstaSidekick account and associated data directly in the mobile app:

1. Open InstaSidekick and go to Settings.
2. Under Danger Zone, select Delete my account.
3. Type DELETE and select Delete everything permanently.

Deletion begins immediately, signs you out, and cannot be undone.

If you cannot access the app, email us from an address you can access and include the username of the Instagram account connected to InstaSidekick. We may ask you to verify that you control the account before processing the request.

We will complete a verified email request within 30 days and send confirmation when the deletion is complete.

Deleting your account permanently removes the data associated with your use of InstaSidekick, including:

• Your Instagram connection and access credentials
• Synced Reels, Stories, posts, comments, replies, and direct messages
• Automations, settings, execution history, and activity history
• Your Sidekick voice profile and voice examples
• Your active InstaSidekick sessions

We may retain a minimal creator identifier and deletion audit record to document the request, prevent fraud, preserve account ownership if you reconnect, and meet legal obligations. These records do not contain your Instagram content, access credentials, automations, comments, replies, direct messages, or voice profile.

We keep these limited records only while needed for security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance, and delete them when they are no longer necessary or when any legally required retention period ends.
