Terms of Use

These Terms govern your access to InstaSidekick. By using the service, you agree to them. You must be at least 18, able to enter a binding agreement, and authorized to manage every Instagram account you connect.

You are responsible for accurate account information, secure access to your devices, and activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You may connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage.

InstaSidekick may suggest or publish replies based on comments, content context, your preferences, and automation rules. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable.

You are responsible for reviewing suggestions, choosing automation settings, and ensuring published replies comply with law, platform rules, sponsorship obligations, and your own standards. You can pause automation at any time.

You may not use InstaSidekick to harass or deceive people, distribute unlawful or infringing content, send spam, manipulate engagement, compromise accounts, probe service security, evade usage limits, or violate Meta's terms and policies.

You retain ownership of your content. You give us a limited license to process it only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service. InstaSidekick and its software, branding, and original materials remain owned by us or our licensors.

InstaSidekick depends on services such as Instagram and Meta APIs. Your use of those services remains subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, account restrictions, or decisions to limit API access.

Features may change, be limited, or be discontinued as InstaSidekick develops. We may suspend access to protect users, comply with law or platform requirements, prevent abuse, or address security and operational risks.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that suggestions will always be accurate. To the extent permitted by law, InstaSidekick is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Company jurisdiction — state/country], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought in the courts located in [Company jurisdiction], unless applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
